Status of your orders
On this page you can check what stage of production your order is at. Below I will explain a little about each stage.
New order. After you place an order, I will write you an email with the details of your order and add your order to the table. As a rule, I add within 24 hours, but there may be a delay of several days. Your order will be in the status new until I form a batch and start production. The term is from several days to several weeks.
Drawings. Not all orders will be marked this way, only those that require revision or resizing.
Laser cutting. After the batch of orders is formed, I give the cutting drawings to my partners " metalworkshop " in Lviv for laser cutting. As a rule, this stage of production takes only 3–5 days, so you may not even notice this mark for your order.
Metal bending. This stage includes not only bending, but also other work that I do personally in the Odessa region. Before bending, the laser-cut blanks need to be polished, riveted nuts and many other small works. This stage can take from a week to two, depending on the number of orders.
Powder coating. After working with the blanks, they go to my partners " grafix " in the city of Kharkiv. At this stage, the batch can be from two weeks to a month. As a rule, the batch is divided into two parts, only black parts are painted first, this is almost half of all parts. After painting, the black parts are sent to me and I start collecting and sending orders. All other colors are painted second. Please be patient, if you ordered a case not in black, such painting takes longer.
Packaging. The next stage includes not only packaging and shipping, but also checking the elements and assembling the finished cases. I also do this stage personally and this process takes from a week to two weeks. I do not deal with each order separately, I group orders and collect and pack 10–15 orders.
Shipment. Sent orders have this status. Of course, before sending, I always write to you and specify the delivery address. Please stay in touch, sometimes customers do not respond to me for several months and I cannot send the order. Also, after sending, I write you a letter with the parcel number, the number is clickable, this is a link to track the order. Also in the letter there is a link to the assembly instructions, see what I advise there, maybe my advice will make your life easier.
Finally, I want to address all my customers. Friends, I know that each of you wants to receive your order as soon as possible, but please remember, I am the only one working with all orders. I may get sick, and your orders will be on hold. Also, remember that there is a war going on in Ukraine, and it also makes adjustments to the delivery time. For example, on April 2, 2025, the "Grafix" painting shop was almost completely destroyed. Thank you very much to everyone who patiently waits for their orders during this difficult time!
